Kristen Davis is a paralegal and integral part of Mekani Orow Mekani Shallal & Hindo where she has worked for over twenty years. She has been a paralegal for thirty years and is well versed in her field. Ms. Davis is responsible for Michigan Liquor Control Commission (“MLCC”) licensing applications, as well as applications for lottery, food stamps, food establishment, petroleum licenses, sales tax licenses (including tobacco sales tax), and MSB licenses. She is also well experienced in entity formation and dealing with Michigan’s Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.

Ms. Davis is familiar in the areas of bankruptcy, tax, and MLCC’s compliance and sale of liquor licenses. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice.
