Alexander Shallal is a commercial transactions attorney and has represented clients in general business and real estate matters such as real estate sales and acquisitions, business entity formation and consulting, commercial property lease negotiations, lease drafting, tenant evictions, business sales and acquisitions and restaurant, convenience store and hotel alcoholic beverage licensing. Mr. Shallal also gained experience in copyright and patent registration while working at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Shallal has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with a minor in Business Administration from Wayne State University. He attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he achieved awards for academic excellence in the subjects of Patent Law, Intellectual Property, and Advising Entrepreneurs in New Business Startups Law Firm Program.
