Anthony Shallal is a commercial transactions legal associate and has advised clients in marijuana business formations including licensing, entity formations, operating and partnership agreements, marijuana-related real estate acquisitions or leasing, as well as general business and real estate matters such as real estate sales, commercial leasing matters, corporate startups including S-Corps, and liquor licensing.
Mr. Shallal also has experience in matters related to the United States Department of Treasury’s Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) where he has obtained Manufacturer of Tobacco Products permits and Alcohol Wholesalers and Importers permits and their corresponding state license with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and Michigan Department of Treasury.
Mr. Shallal has a double major Bachelor of Science Degree in History and Political Science from Oakland University. He attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he graduated in 2020 with honors and received awards and scholarship for academic excellence.
